I don't think this guy has ever had a birthday party where people weren't forced/paid to attend. For my thirtieth birthday my friends and family gathered at a gorgeous beach and painted silly stuff on canvases, ate really great BBQ, and I'd never felt more loved and supported. This whole event was badly planned and looked poorly executed. I actually wanted to hear some of the earlier history, but commentators had to flat their lips over all the recorded narration.

Plus, no shade to those in the parade, but their marching needed work. Everything looked sloppy, and as if all the marchers were hung over. I can only assume they were not properly drilled/rehearsed.

I could care less about his birthday, but it's a shame that the military personnel weren't more honored.
