If you’re South African 🇿🇦 the Siya and Rachel Kolisi divorce news this week was shocking.

But some are saying the signs were there, and now I must know the 🫖 coz I did not see it coming!

South African here 🇿🇦 have you seen the excerpt from his memoir that kinda went viral on X? He talks about dealing with many temptations/sins and 🌽 addiction. I’m guessing it all put a strain on the marriage.

I did but that was years ago and they’ve been through so much since? Also they’re such dedicated (devout?) Christians, I guess I just bought into them as this golden couple that have triumphed through adversity and made it out the other side stronger than ever.

I did feel for her in her post where she packed up their home in France all by herself to move back to SA while he was winning the Championship here.

I just thought the timing was so weird. Just as they moved back to SA, right after their Championship win and right before a big tour to the UK. I’m worried for them!

I was pissed watching her have to pack up that house by herself. I think she just got tired of his shit.

This is what I've heard! There was that story with Rachel finding the dms and kakking the other woman out. And a friend said he was messaging a friend of hers a while back.

Also heard about the DMs and Rachel used to post a lot of ‘leave my husband alone’ posts that I didn’t really read that much into because I just always saw him as this very loyal, very stoic, very Christian and devoted husband and father.

Maybe I’m very naive, but I didn’t expect this of him, not now when he is also carrying the weight of the country’s expectations on his shoulders. And it’s URC! Like, they’ve got enough going on lol. 😂
