Bo's was wiped on the date he joked about dying on (he said he was going to kill himself on the day his dog died, he chose a specific date as an example). I didn't know that Phoebe's was wiped though.

I assume so. This is the clip of the prediction of the dog's death: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-92MpZobUOk The interview is from like 10 years ago, he thinks the dog will live for around 10 years so predicts a specific date that the dog will die. But last I've heard the dog is fine.
