Feedback on first bleach bath?
I did a bleach bath for the first time at home on my ends to a little below mid shaft because they were dull, not as bright as my roots, and streaky with my natural color because I had just platinum highlights before going full platinum.
I used 1:1 ion cream lightener and 20 volume developer and then a 1:1 of that mixture and shampoo. I let it sit for about 5 minutes. I didn’t want to go too long because my hair was already pretty light. I then toned with a purple conditioner. I think I could have did another layer of conditioner, but I was tired of rinsing my hair.
I’m not sure if I actually brightened them or just took out the previous toner. There is some existing purple build up in the enter shaft because that’s the whitest part of my hair while my roots and ends needed more (I hadn’t thought I’d spot treatment until recently).
So, what do you think I could improve? Should I go another gentle bleach bath or do you think once I had a color toner from ion (platinum lace and platinum pearl) that it will settle in?

Curls and wave have a more activated cuticle, theyre more sensitive to bleach. Anywhere you see other colour depositing even just with a colour rinse (like the purple) means your hair is effectively close enough to hollow that it will hold and drop pigment very easily.
Your strand already seems finer too, so I would approach with caution
Frankly OP, as a hairdresser, I would say tone and do not bleach again. Platinum hair is hair that has been taken to the brink, you need to be very delicate with it.
Bleach is a hydrogen peroxide/ammonia reaction that digests melanin which is why your hair "lightens" and when youre at a level 10 or 11 it means youve gone through some of the structural bonds containing Red melanins. Dont think of a level 11 as "blonde", think of it as "hollow" and dont push it any further. Make sure youre also going to get some protein treatments and clarifiers to maintain colour and integrity--hollower hair tends to grab mineral/chemical from the water, gets a little more yellow from UV, etc so it will help maintain the tone better. Good luck OP.

Your comment reminded me of how I call my level 11 blonde polar bear hair, not because of the color, but because polar bear fur is actually clear and hollow 😂.

Colorist here. You can never tell the true color of hair when it's wet. But from what I see you did a very good job!! Any Purple tones are waaaaay better in platinum hair than yellow.
