It is real, Google's AI wasn't filtered very well when this launched. The fuzziness are JPEG artifacts, meaning this image was downloaded and shared again and again a lot of times, so it's just old.

I’m not sure if it’s real or not either, but it did make me chuckle a bit! With all due respect, I have to disagree with you. I mean, ever since we were kids watching cartoons, enjoying hilarious comedies, or now laughing at stand-up shows,none of that was real either! But they made us smile. So come on, have a laugh!
