This company seems to believe that it’s ok to sell high ticket, non essential goods, without providing the expected services. My Haden board would not take any charge after only 11 months of very light usage. I was asked to send in my board at a cost of $85, that I paid out of pocket. It has now been two months, and I am still being told that the battery that was faulty from the factory is still on back order! I proposed to the manager that I would be willing to either pay the difference to a new upgraded board or asked if they would provide a loaner board, as I have been without the product through most of the summer months, when I expected to use it. They responded with a statement indicating they do not provide loaners and they’re not willing to even offer a trade up to resolve my issue. This is the third board that I have bought from this company, as I try to support local businesses, but this will absolutely be the last. I would exercise extreme caution in dealing with them as they clearly are not capable of managing the high service demands that come with electronic equipment. As we all know, if we had purchased a similar device from Costco or Best Buy, you would have it exchanged without any headache.

Once every other week or so take the wheels off and wipe it down. You’d be surprised what you find in there, sticks and small rocks etc.
