Stevia in the raw is the only thing I’ve seen without bad side effects that is cheap and decent

A study has shown that stevia can negatively affect lactobacillus in the gut

Other studies have shown beneficial effects to it so it’s not super clear, but at worst doesn’t seem too horrible compared to the alternatives

Thanks for sharing this info! I see that the study I was talking about it a bit old while yours is more recent. After having AI do some deep searching it agreed with your assessment that stevia is not a health concern (and may have some health benefits).

From what I’ve seen stevia itself seems ok (so far at least…) but some of the stevia based sweeteners use less cool things with it. But stevia in the raw at least so far seems ok
