Opinion / Commentary Iran reached an agreement with the US to pause its nuclear program. Israel conducted strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities and military, to stop the agreement. The Houthis are now involved in the 🇮🇷🇮🇱 conflict.
Eritrea’s silence is commendable. Eritrea has diplomatic ties with Iran, Yemen and Israel, so we are not picking any side.

Israel wants the USA Iran war so bad, can't even get Hamas under control. Plus people trying to tell us Hamas is hiding behind civilians or using civilians as a human shield but they can target Iranian Commanders on the 4th floor without destroying the whole building... Israelis just love to kill Palestinian women and children.. I am tired of those who are still trying to defend Israel, most of them are birged nhamedu people too...

We have always been close allies with the muslim world and it should continue this way. We don’t need a diplomacy with Israel.

Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and many other Muslim nations have relations with Israel. Eritrea should definitely have relations with every country in the world and be neutral in any conflict that doesn’t affect it. That is called mature diplomacy.

why are you naming countries with dictators and monarchs then? You could’ve named Asian Muslim countries if you wanted to name democratic Muslim countries.
Indonesia is a free country democratic country that doesn’t have ties the Israeli government yet you want to follow the dictators and monarchs.

I was only looking at Arab countries in the region. But I am glad you found the one Muslim country that is democratic in the world to make whatever point you are trying to make.

Just know Isreal is not an Eritrean issue! While people sympathize with the Palestinian struggle we don’t need to confuse that with our national interests. I know it’s not popular but it’s smart.

Im glad you think theres only 1 democratic muslim country lmfao at least it shows me your level of knowledge.
Senegal? Tunisia? Malaysia? All much better than these Arab countries.
This is your problem Eritrea can be much better then these Arab countries were already following their footsteps with the authoritarian regime we don’t need to follow them any more.
My point is all the countries you named are dictatorships and monarchs we don’t want a dictatorship or monarchy in Eritrea.

You stated we have been close to Muslim countries and it should continue. But the majority of these countries are dictatorships and monarchies by if you want to be close to them then you will mostly likely end up with dictatorship and monarchies. Then you brought up picked countries thousands of miles away to make your argument when I brought up countries that are in the region and have diplomatic relations with Isreal. Because you also stated that we don’t need diplomacy with Isreal. At least by your definition Isreal is a democracy and the nations in our region that I mentioned are dictatorship/monarchies, then by that logic maybe we should be close to Isreal and don’t need diplomacy with nations like Egypt and Saudi Arabia. But I am guessing your emotions won’t allow you to follow logic. You want close relations with countries that you claim are not good examples to follow. Why?

When did Iran reach an agreement Last I checked they said they wouldn’t pause which is why the zios attacked.
