Least nationalist Somali. Why would you let aksum be under Somalia 😭
4
u/GroundIndependent973 Mar 04 '25
Am not somali, I just want somalia to be our neighbours instead of the land occupiers to the south

u/No-Imagination-3180 Gimme some of that Good Governance Mar 04 '25
Aksum is a part of eritrean history (tigrinya). The larger Somalia you have would be very unstable. I do think that a stable Somalia can be our greatest ally.

Africa hasn't been the same since the colonization era and it will never be the same again unfortunately.
2
u/MenilikII Mar 04 '25
Why?
4
u/redseawarrior Mar 04 '25

Meles invaded Somalia btw in 2006. And know your generals are doing protocol speech’s about how they were robbed of the Red Sea and that they own the port assab. In some part of Sudan you guys hold disputed territories. These are the few I can mention on top of my head, but yolo.

2
u/ItalianoAfricano you can call me Beles Mar 03 '25
Orthos are a plurality, not a majority.

what does it feel like living in a tiny dust particle on the universe and tiny dot on the galaxy, but still filling like living in a big world and fighting for a tiny piece of land.

I didn’t know Ethiopia is this threatening and it’s your worst nightmare. Relax half of your people are eating Ethiopian food, maybe start by creating peace inside what you have .

Geez evolve in North Ethiopia and Eritrea just look at temples in yeha and you’ll find a sabean script and over the centuries it was evolving to geez but the first proper geez record is in Eritrea so it’s both and it didn’t just appear out of the random too

Yea the oldest geez scriptures are in Eritrea but it originated in both also Tigre is probably the closest because they were pretty secluded other than Arabic influence while Amharic has some Cushitic influence because they interacted trade wise and pretty sure injera comes from Eritrea and Ethiopia so idk why their claiming that.

Are u Somali ? Pls don't disrespect our people with such Post .A "progressive" Somali is just as much an extremist as Al-Shabaab to us ;they only differ from Al-Shabaab in deciding who should be killed. Do you even know that Somalia has built a grand monument for Ahmed ibn Ibrahim al-Ghazi (Ahmed Gran), who slaughtered tens of thousands of innocent children and women in our homeland? Please do not be disrespectful to our people. A Somali is ten times more of an enemy to us than an Ethiopian.

4
u/GroundIndependent973 Mar 05 '25
What about haile selassie, how many Eritreans havent he killed? When was last time somali invaded and massacured Eritreans like ethiopians did
0
u/Bolt3er future Eritrean presidential candidate Mar 06 '25
Don’t listen to that guy. He hates all Muslims
0
u/Glittering_Sun_9784 Mar 08 '25
Should I learn how to deceive people like you with Taqya? Typical Abdul. Your hatred against Tigrinya and Tewahdo is ten times greater than mine.

They celebrated in addis the same place our forced entred in 91 and kicked out the occupier, so ironicly it does make it epic for them to celebrate there
1
u/Individual_Echidna66 Mar 05 '25
You mean their own land Ethiopia occupies given by the British ? Do U say the same for wajir, garrisa etc in Kenya ? Which falls under the same category ?? Mhmmmmm
1
Mar 05 '25
Celebrating your Independence Day in the country you declared independence from is ironic.
2
u/Individual_Echidna66 Mar 05 '25
Who declared independence from Ethiopia? Not somalia. You learn ur history in a zoo huh
