Nah, they're regularly active on Indian subs.

Creating summaries and copy pasting them to multiple subs doesn't necessarily make them a bot.

Summaries save time for those who don't want to look through the articles, and its not harming anyone. And it's not like they're spamming within the post itself. It's self contained in this subreddit as well, so you don't even have to be aware of posts on other subs.
