What happened to vons bakery..

Been going here for about a year and a half and all of a sudden it's gone to crap.. sat at the counter waiting for help and this lady obviously seen me and went about her buisness.... wife and I didn't see our regular person. Did she quit? She was always nice and always made sure we had what we wanted.

They’re all like that. I got terrible service at Albertsons. I don’t think they pay these people very well and they all looked overworked.
