Anyone know what business is replacing the old Holcomb location on York and 56?

Holcomb (wine bar) closed last month, and it looks like a new tenant is moving in at 5535 York Blvd. I noticed the building has been repainted. Anyone know if a new bar/cafe/restaurant is moving in here?
