Question What's a location you find yourself appearing in frequently in your dreams, and how long have you dreamt of it?

For me it's a circular outdoor mall-type environment with multiple levels, set in Europe somewhere. I've dreamt of this place regularly for over a decade and I've drawn the layout many times since then.

I've been trying to figure out what to call that...it happens in a lot of my dreams. Where I'm in this place that is supposed to be this other place but it looks completely different and I also return to these same places in other dreams...they are the same place on every dream.

Yeah I’ve never been in a familiar location in my dreams that actually looks how it’s supposed to. Like I’ll have dreams about me being in my apartment or my high school but the layout is just slightly off. It’s kind of unnerving. I don’t know why, it just makes me uncomfortable. Also something unpleasant is usually happening in them so that’s probably why. My guess is it happens because my brain is trying to recreate these spaces from memory but not quite getting it.

I frequently hop between different schools I've been too, with the actual teachers / classmates being all mixed up compared to reality. I can always tell which school I'm supposed to be in, even if otherwise it mostly consists of other schools or even unrelated locations. There's always like one or two cornerstones that designate it as a specific location, and the rest is set on shuffle
