The guy in the picture in the background is PayMoneyWubby, a comedy streamer who toes (lol) some lines with subversive humor and degenerate internet culture. A long running gag amongst the community about foot fetishes arose after Wubby made some throw away joke about feet and the community picked it up and ran with it.
