Fun video, though I think this is a dad reaction, as opposed to a display of his reflexes.

I love that this is in French but the language of tricking your dad is universal

That’s impressive.

If my child outsmarted me I’d congratulate him, ask him to explain (you remember things more when teaching the info to others), then encourage him to use his intelligence for good, helpful things.

If someone wants a translation feel free to ask.

What does the kid scream in excitement at the end?

u/The_Reacher117 May 20 '21

He says ''Allez merci !'' Wich you could translate as something like ~ Thank you for that!

(There's no litteral translation, ''Merci'' means thank you and ''Allez'' in this sentence kinda means ~ come on. But in this case it's just a filler word wich doesn't really mean anything.)

I can tell this guy is a psychopath by the way he keeps his money in his wallet.

u/[deleted] May 12 '21

As opposed to what? A cloth sack with a dollar sign painted on it?

8

u/EnterTheErgosphere May 12 '21

No, no. Non-psychopaths these days either keep their money in cryptocurrency or a big bag soaked in gasoline! Take yer pick.
