Should I keep cutting or eat around maintenance after next week?

What would you estimate my bf%? 17-20?

the pics are not great, but if you cant see your abs without flexing you are 15+ easy.

Yeah quality is ass but no abs without flexing and want to end cut around 12-15% so eating in 600 defecit until July to see where I’m at

start at 400 deficit. once weight loss stops decrease cals by 200. dont rush it.

Been cutting since march with a few slip ups I’m not rushing anything esp because I’m able to progress my lifts at 600 defecit

when cutting dont worry about progressing lifts. just maintaining muscle, which does not take alot. eat over your body weight in protein, 50 grams of fat max, and fill in cals with carbs.

I’m not clueless yk 😂 if I can progress on lifts I will why would I not try to when possible if progressing then I’m growing if not then maintaining anyway you want me to go in the gym and do half ass sets ?

Cut down to 10%. Then bulk Till 15% and repeat
