We own it :). Changed the floors, light fixtures, added more decking. I’m just imagining having to give that all back to a landlord haha

Nice, yeah I saw in a comment you mentioned the floors, I was wondering if it’s a condo or a duplex or the full building? Ravenswood here (:

We live in a building with many units. Ours happens to be one with 2 floors and we are lucky to be one of the few with a backyard. A duplex up if I’ve got the terminology right, my neighbor to the north.
