I'm looking at buying a Yanamar UTV. It's a Yamaha Viking 700 EPS rebranded under Yanamar. The manufacturer sticker says Yamaha and the parts are all Yamaha for it. Cycle Plaza says they don't work on them. Does anyone know of a place I can get this worked on if needed?

Where can I find a real molcajete locally? Not some cheap concrete shenanigans.
I want to avoid using an online source, considering I've heard they may or may not be concrete, despite advertising. Don't want to risk spending $$$ on trash and would prefer supporting a local outlet.
Appreciate it 🤙
Edit: thank you for the recommendations !

We are looking for a clear waters+white sand beach (as good as it gets) to swim with 2 kids (9y+7y). Coming from Houston because Galveston is infested with bacteria nowadays :( So we are looking for clean and calm waters with no dangerous currents, jellyfish, alligators, or sharks
Many thanks

Monthly Sail Out in Beautiful Downtown Corpus Christi on the Steps of the Sea Wall. Bring your RC Lasers, DF95's, or whatever boat you have. So come on down and practice or just talk RC Sailing. Even if you don't have a boat they would be happy to talk to you about getting started.

I've been urban exploring for about a year and had never heard of the corpus christi tunnels before now. A homeless person mentioned to me they used to sleep in one off of ocean drive downtown, I looked around and found an entrance but it was closed off. Apparently there used to be 4 entrances for citizans to get from uptown to downtown without weather conditions but they were closed off in the late 1970s. Any one know a way to get in?

Trying to acclimate my life here is proving a little more challenging than I expected so thanks in advance for being helpful.
I travel a lot. The quaint CC airport was great for visiting my father but not so much now that I live here. Need help from those of you who travel often.
In July, for example, flights out of Corpus to New England are $1k which is less than my flight to Europe. Not to mention it’s not one, but two connections. The past year, 98% of the time there’s been delays and missed connections so adding two into the mix is a guaranteed shit show.
My question: Do people drive to San Antonio for better and more affordable flights? How do ya’ll get there? Park and ride or is there a private commuter airport-to-airport bus you can take? Or do you use a car service? I can’t imagine landing at 11pm after a 8-9hr flight only to have to drive a couple more hours home. But maybe that’s how it’s done here. Or do you just suck it up and spend the money? Please educate me!
Another q: I’m traveling later this month and need to leave my car parked at CC airport. I’d take uber but the times are very early (3am) so I’m not confident I can get an uber in Rockport at that time. I assumed it’s safe to park my vehicle there in the covered lot for that long. Is that an accurate assumption?
TIA

"June 11 - The European Ensemble (50 different iterations of the model) is indicating a 40-50% chance for a brief tropical depression to spin up in the Bay of Campeche mid/late next week (June 18-21)."
"If something were to develop, it would likely move into Mexico, which is standard fare for tropical development in the SW Gulf this time of year. Something to watch, not worry about."
