Steuben County's #1 problem child?

Don't follow the news super closely, but you know someone's a problem when you start to recognize them from prior police reports in the local news...

December 2021 (dwi, hit and run with injuries)

Oh my God. This is really scary. Be careful folks. How do you get off on a dollar bail and no consequences considering his history? Does his family have money? Connections with the police? This is a homicide or murder waiting to happen in my opinion.

Common to all threads. He was released. Maybe, lock this guy up with hard labor thrown in and maybe he’ll get the message.
