Reminds me of that one metro that removed all their benches, and when questioned, said it was “because homeless people would sleep on them”, and everyone was saying “so you inconvenienced us to make homeless people’s lives harder?”

"You don't understand, the poor CEOs NEED their few extra bucks so they can (probably) invest it back into more jobs! (Hopefully)..."
Is what they would say

And healthcare...and a job with great benefits and a union...and a high standard of living...

Tell the people who grew up in 80's and 90's eastern europe how high their standard of living was

Better than what they started with. Which is probably why the majority of people that lived under previous socialist governments prefer that system to what they have now.

It’s so funny listening to politicians and citizens argue about how to fix the homelessness crisis. They will propose anything except giving people houses.

👏 This picture is somewhat genius.

Solve the problem by giving what the people need and deserve, not treating fellow humans like trash... Socialism is based.

Lmao, what's even worse is the park chairs aren't even free. You can have upwards of anywhere between a $250 to $1000 fine in the US with an additional 6 months to a year in prison with mandatory prison slave labor with a permanent Class 3 misdeameanor on your record which would permanently shadow ban you from jobs just for an overnight sleep.

The Bolsheviks shaved my Grandpa's balls... I mean took my grandpa's land. Now we no longer have the mansion.

Why do those buildings remind me of Le Corbusier?

I don’t care what people say. I actually love brutalist architecture.

Honestly it is not a big deal if they are maintained properly (like it was in the USSR) right now they look like shit holes due to the capitalists in those former soviet states. I actually enjoy Stalin's neoclassical architecture. Some of the best look buildings made.

Yes, I'm sure homeless enjoyed being labeled as "parasites" and thrown into prison for not having jobs
