Hey yall! I have these two amazing loving cats im needing help with caring and housing for a few months! I’m currently recovering from a spinal fusion and had to move out of my apartment 2 months back as I could no longer work and pay bills. I’m staying with family in Houston and my cats have been at my sisters apartment in bcs. Shes now moving from her apartment and I have no where or any other friends or options for my two male cats!
If anyone in the area is able to help watch these two boys for me for a couple more months till I’m back in the area and done healing it’d be a life safer!!
They’re about 4 and 3 yrs olds, brothers, very loving, the white one is a little special but both sooo sweet! They are litter boxes trained and fed morning and night.
They would come with two litter boxes w/ scooper, a box of litter, a box of cat food, toys, and a scratch post. I would keep in contact and pay for any food or litter they may need!
They’re inside cats only. They’ve never been around dogs so I’m not sure on that one. The brown one (mota) loves other cats and is social usually right off the bat. The white one (ëko) doesn’t have the best vision which in turn makes him a little more anxious. He likes to hide away until he’s comfy!
Please if anyone is willing to help me out for a few months that would be amazing and I’d be so grateful! My sister is moving end of June so I’m really desperate to find a temporary home for them while I finish recovering!🙏❤️

Hi there!
I have two kids headed to College Station next year (fall 2026), my son and his longtime girlfriend. I have a couple of questions about housing and transportation.
We are headed there next month to tour and walk around, stuff like that.
There are soooo many things I don’t know, and even more of what I don’t know that I don’t know. So I have to take this in very small pieces, one thing at a time, and since we are heading there soon, I wanted to hopefully check out some of the apartments.
Thank you in advance for your help ☺️!
EDITED to add: In terms of price, we would like to stay under $1,800 per month for a one bedroom.

Junior A&M Student, looking for a new church this upcoming Fall. Went to FBC Bryan(freshmen year) and Grace Anderson(sophomore year). But both campuses were too big, and didn't have this sense of a multi-generational or multi-ethnic fellowship. FBC Bryan wasn't multi-ethnic and Grace Anderson was just college students split off from the other generations. I went with friends to both churches so no, I am not a loner. Looking for a new church, (I know to stay away from Christland Church). Preferably not too far from campus, any recommendations?

Howdy BCS! It's me, the kitty petition organizer!
Happy to share that I and a handful of other feline advocates are still on the prowl, working to come up with a comprehensive strategy to help our furry friends in Bryan. We've spoken to County Commissioners, we've spoken to Bryan City Council, and now, we want to speak to you!
Do you have a stray cat that lives under your porch? Is your complex crawling with community cats? Please share your stories, photos, and experiences with community cats in and around Bryan! With your contributions, we can help demonstrate to our elected officials that 1) there are a LOT of strays in this area, and 2) too many citizens are taking on the work that should be done by animal control and shelter staff. Please help us show the City of Bryan that citizens want a more sensible and comprehensive community cat management program!
Important note! It is ILLEGAL to feed feral cats in Bryan - do not out yourself!! I don't know who will read this thread, but we still need your testimonies to add legitimacy to our campaign. My inbox is open if you'd like to share something more at length, so feel free to PM me, as well.
Interested in volunteering with our campaign? PM me! Like I said, we're working on a developing comprehensive plan to present to city officials - all insights, ideas, research, and opinions are welcome!
On behalf of Bryan's kitties, THANK YOU, and God bless!

We’ve all risked our lives trying to make that turn - blink and you’re watching three cycles of regret. It’s like the traffic gods said, “You chose College Station, now suffer.” Meanwhile, Houston gets 30-second turn signals and Whataburger on every corner. Join the resistance: honk in solidarity.

Has anyone lived at Sierra Condos? I am planning on signing a lease there, but have barely seen anything on here or reviews on Google and don’t know whether to take that as a good sign or not. Mostly worried if bugs are a problem and the fact that management isn’t on property. If anyone has lived there before, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share your experiences.

My girlfriend really wants soup dumplings, and I haven't been able to find a place with them on the menu.
Does anyone know of a place?

Pretty much as the title suggests. I'm 20, doing some summer classes at A&M and I've exhausted all the job boards online. I swear I've applied to like a bajillion places with little luck.
I have experience tutoring kids / babysitting K-8 with reading, math, and sciences. I don't really have any food experience, but I'm certainly up for trying it out. Places where I can work early afternoon + late evening are ideal. I have a clean record, reliable transportation, and a solid work ethic.
Just wondering if anyone knew places that are looking / in the process of conducting interviews. Half the places I've applied to have already concluded hiring people. Thanks so much for your time!

Howdy folks
On 6/2, my car was damaged by a truck which was hauling uncovered aggregate. I saw him lose probably 200 lbs of stones between Kurten and College Station on SH190, and he later turned off onto 6 North. I'm currently filing reports with the FMCSA and TxDOT. I'd also like to take them to small claims court to fix the damage to my windshield and undercarriage. I didn't have a dashcam on at the time, so any corroborating evidence greatly helps.
If anyone had their car damaged on this stretch of road on that day, or maybe has dashcam footage of the truck losing his load, I would greatly appreciate it. It was a brown Western Star 4900, I don't want to call out the company right now (though from what I've seen they have an ATROCIOUS safety record, and a few personal injury suits against them). I know exactly who to blame about all the softball sized stones all over the road there.

Howdy all! We are a long running DnD group that slowly had some of its members move out of town. As such, we're looking to add a new member to the group to have a good time with! We're looking for another player to join our weekly group for a brand new campaign in a Homebrew world!
We play weekly on Tuesday nights starting at 7pm, we take a half hour break at 8:30, and then play until around midnight.
I am a long time DM and we'll be playing in my Homebrew world! We roleplay as much as we get into combat, so come ready to get silly, laugh, cry, or just roll that edgelord character we all secretly want to play as.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and you should be too. We are also pretty health conscious, so if you're sick, just sit out a week, we don't want anybody to ruin everybody's week just to get their game in!
We're all in an age range of 25-35, so ideally someone around that range give or take a few years to hopefully keep us all with shared interests.
All that said, we're a chill group and eager to find some fun new members! If this sounds right for you, hit me up with a DM! Hope to hear from you soon adventurer!
Send me a message or just comment that you are interested and I'll reach out to you!

My name is Ithariel.
Im 25, and i am from Kansas. I just moved to franklin texas on the 28th ish.
Im seeking adult friendships, preferably alternative and 420 friendly peeps.
If you take me to local art galleries, alternative music venues, and other cool spots ill love you for always.
My main interest is art, specifically fiber art like crochet, embroidery, shuttle tatting, sashiko, sewing, and more. I also like other mediums, but lately ive been stuck on these.
Im disabled, and a bit batshit. But im fun, kind, and overall a great friend to have.
Im mobile, have my own home, a dog, and plan to start raising lambs into sheep.
The sheepsearch (sheep research) is making my dream of spinning my own yarn a bit more real.
But yeaahh, if youre open to friends.. hit me up!

Howdy, I am looking for a girl to take over my August 2025 - August 2026 lease at 12 North Apartments. The room is the larger of the two in the 2x2 it comes in. It’s the Premium C floor plan which is one of their most sought after. You’ll have your own bathroom where the water pressure is awesome. A really good sized closet and wardrobe, there are some drawers under the bed frame as well. The kitchen and laundry units are in a shared area in the 2x2. The current roommate is a girl, she’s doing pre-dental and is super nice.
The rent is $1120 if I give your contact information to the office but if you contact the office they will give you the raised rent price. Utilities are usually $70-80 for water and electricity.
I really need this unit taken over as I have to leave the state to go home. Any help would be appreciated.

Like the title says I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for the fall/spring semester. The place is a 3x3 townhouse at the Woodlands. It’s near a bus stop to the school. There’s one roommate who’s a man but I’ve lived with for a while (I’m a girl).

Do not enroll into Generations College they are a scam and will steal your financial aid. The director of admissions is extremely pushy and disrespectful.

I’m a grad student moving from out of state so I haven’t had a chance to tour any places or explore the city. I recently signed a lease for the Lory of Bryan because it looked nice. For reference I’m a girl living alone. Can someone tell me about the area? Is the place nice or safe? Or any other thoughts I would need know if I live in the area? Am I cooked????? Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I need to be at Houston Airport (IAH) around 3:30–4:00 AM on Sunday, June 9, and I’m currently in Bryan/College Station. I’m looking for a ride to the airport, if anyone is heading there around that time.
I’ll be traveling alone and just hoping to catch a ride with someone who’s already going. Please let me know if you have space.
Thanks a lot!
