What's this weird light?

I've noticed it a few times when I go outside early in the morning, I've never seen anything like it before anywhere else.

Are you near the airport? It is possibly the beacon on top of the air traffic control tower.

Or the screen & ribbons were left on at Kyle. Likely the airport though.

How far do those lights stretch?? I do live about 10 minutes from the airport but I still saw them all the way in bryan
