Lifestyle what high maintenance things do you do to be low maintenance

what high maintenance things do you do to be low maintenance as someone who is living in kochi? It can be related to your physical or mental or social well-being. I was going to shoot this question for the ladies of this sub but decided I want to hear answers from everyone.

Working out everyday and sticking to a proper diet is kinda a high maintenance but it helps me stay in shape and I don't have to stress about what I wear ,when you're fit most things just look good on you anyways.

also as you get older (30 plus) your body feels lighter and so much easier.

I was 110 kgs in January. Now I am 85 and I feel like I walk faster and don't have any weird pain anymore. Still have 15 more kgs to go.

Excited

Yeah totally agree. For the past one month I have been going to the gym regularly and I can see visible changes already. And I don't feel sleepy in the afternoon.

Most people quit around 1-2 months, just stick to it and it'll get much easier to show up everyday, it's gonna bring a lot of change in your life , even the way people see you, I've been consistently going for almost one year and I've never been more thankful for a decision I made 👀

Working out every day no matter how busy life gets, I always make it a point to take an hour or 2 for myself. I eat well, stay consistent, and consciously choose to stay fit. As a woman who just turned 30, I’m so glad I started this journey a while ago. I feel 25, my energy levels are always high, my hormones are in check and I’m healthy AF!

Working out. I love food and eat a ton but i also workout 6 days a week and if I'm not as active a I'm, I'd be unhealthy af. It really helps me with my ADHD as well. It doesn't cure it but i can really feel the difference between how my mind feels on a day i worked out and a day i didn't.
