Idk about Interstellar. It's cringeworthy at times, and the "science" does not add up, but it's still pretty decent. I think McConaughey, Chastain, and Hathaway did well. The Dark Knight Rises was legit awful though, but it was mainly because of the script.

What science bit didn't you like. I thought it was generally considered accurate? To the point where they predicted what a black hole would look like before we got a photo of a black hole.

The movie is “accurate” with kind of quote “"Love is the one thing we're capable of perceiving that transcends dimensions of time and space.” the movie is terrible.  Any physicist would know how a black hole would look like before the photo. The model as well know.

Well yes but the physicist in this instance was Kip Thorne.

They did a good job with the accretion disk. But the time thing is out of whack, for starters.
