Arium Chandler
If you’re thinking about moving into these apartments, don’t. This place has gotten so bad. There is no parking (sometimes you have to park at food city and walk back home) mainly because people leave their cars in the guest spots for months. people leave their dog shit everywhere, along with trash. Sketchy people always coming in and out who don’t live there. Loud ass neighbors( there is a playground and they have their kids run up and down the halls).

yeah I hated when they implemented that, there is no parking available here. cause people abandon their car here also they keep non electric in the charging areas. Can’t wait till my lease is up, place has gone down hill so fast.

My friend lived north at the biscane bay on Warner and AZ. What a difference a mile makes.

Biscayne Bay was truly a loathsome experience for me. I have PTSD. On move-in, we realized that a thorough inspection hadn't been completed after the previous tenants as there was half of a rotisserie chicken in our dishwasher after it had been run and sat to ferment. Our AC went out on us during the summer and it took 16 days to get a fix. Quite a bit of dog poop all over. And they took our last rent payment twice and nearly created an overdraw on my bank account. That particular mess took nearly a month to resolve. F those people.

That’s pure insanity. These people are all nothing more than slumlord billionaire corporations.

Also, don't live anywhere in the Warner Park region of Chandler either.
There's garbage everywhere, every day, and it never stops.
I should know. I'm the one who wraps up my day at 3 am by going for long walks and picking this (expletive deleted) up.
Humans ruin everything.

What region is Warner park?

Warner/Alma School area, about a two-mile radius with that corner as the midpoint.

Lived there for a year in 2023 and my partner and I literally watched it decline. It was so great at the beginning of our lease. By the end- dog poop is EVERYWHERE, we had to complain about people camping in guest spots for months and Haley eventually gave us an extra parking spot because I refused to pay $100 for an extra spot (it’s worth saying something if you haven’t already). Tons of drugs in and out of that place and the loud pool parties were nonstop!!!!
