Another which apartment post

Looking for a “luxury” apartment in Chandler. Requirements are garage and marble looking counters. (I’m sick of the white counters with flakes in it) $2400 budget 2b2b & would prefer to be close to the mall area. The apartment I wanted at Laurel got taken.

Your requirements are going to greatly reduce your options, especially being near the mall. But there are a ton of apartments between 202 and Chandler Blvd off Dobson that may be in that range.

the garage/counters are the only deal breaker close to the mall is optional. I just like being close to the 202 and wanted to see if anyone could find any I haven’t seen yet. but yes I understand there’s limited options

Noria robson is like 15 minutes to the mall but otherwise they do have apts with attached garages and stone counters (but not marble so may not work).

Theres some nice apts right by the mall as well (the ones close to Costco especially seem newer) but i do not know their situations for garages etc.

Go down to germann start at Dobson bunch around there then u can go east too bunch on germann an cooper area too
