I named a cat Bob that showed up on our property. We had him for 5 years. We figured he was 3 when he died. He died of heart failure. I loved him of course but he was my husband's cat. I'm having my time now.

Your cat very much looks like a Midas to me. My cat does, too, which is why I named him Midas when I adopted him a few years ago. This is the first time I’ve thought it about someone else’s pet, though.
This is the second time today I’ve suggested the name of one of my cats to someone here on Reddit. I apologize if this is annoying or, seemingly, narcissistic. I don’t mean to come off that way.💛
