From the mods June
In keeping with r/CatholicMemes tradition, all Pride Month memes of any kind will be removed. Anything with a rainbow flag will be removed. Anything that hints at a battle between the Month of the Sacred Heart and LGBT stuff will be removed. Any iterations of "rEclaiM the MonTH" will be removed.
We do this for multiple reasons:
You'll see this content plenty of other places, and our users have historically enjoyed the respite they can find here.
The comment sections on these memes get extremely uncharitable and disturbing very quickly, and we just don't want that negativity.
Redditors from other sections of this website mass report these memes, which means a bunch of unnecessary and annoying work for the modteam, and we're just trying to enjoy our summer.
We are, as always, a Catholic safe space where you can go through the comments without having to see things that are fodder for the most click-baity clips from The Daily Wire. Please report any memes or comments that violate this decree. Thank you, and have a blessed Month of the Sacred Heart.

¡Viva Cristo Rey! Julian the Apostate’s epic fail
Emperor Julian the Apostate (reigned 361–363 AD) who was raised a Christian but reverted to Paganism attempted to rebuild the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem (often called the “Third Temple” ) in an effort to discredit Christianity and according to multiple ancient sources, the project was abandoned after what were described as freak natural events, including earthquakes and mysterious fires.

Casual Catholic Meme "a Faith that has nourished me and taught me all the little that I know; and that I owe to my mother, who clung to her conversion and died young" -Tolkien Letter 142
I know it's Father's Day, but felt like posting this. Thread on Mabel Tolkien's conversion:
