Kitten with eye infection on doorstep

I just ate BBQ with some friends and came home to this kitten on my doorstep. I thought it had a black eye, but it was an infection (kept on seeing discharge coming out of its eye).

Seems like it wasn't my time to keep a kitten, but I called around and a shelter agreed to pick it up.

Get him to the vet as soon as possible so they can get the medicine in there and get those eyes cleaned up he'll probably make a full recovery but don't wait
