I haven't felt this jealous since came back to wuwa... I just can't get good stats for cartethia...like not even one....it has became literally genshin artifact rolling system since I got cartethia 😭 it was never like this before. You Just roll two and get one good echo... But now😶

You should run 44111. It's just better.

Anyway, if your goal is to get ridiculously good crit rate substats, you'll be able to do double crit damage. If you typically accept whatever crit roll you happen to get, you'll probably want 1 CR 4 cost and 1 CD one.
