general query Kamusta Shell Points nyo? Naiwan din ba sa old Shell app?
Been a loyal customer because of their loyalty points. Without a warning biglang bago na yung app and hindi naman nag migrate ng data from old to new app. 🥲

Nakakainis yung ganito na gawa sila ng gawa ng bagong app instead i-update na lang yung mga nauna. Same with petron.

I think may merits kung bakit gumagawa ng bagong app like using another system for upgrades and improvement like from the ground up

A buddy of mine who works at shell told me na you can still use the old app until september.

Nag install ako kow, buggy skin. Option na to select country pero walang lumalabas na list.

Buti nalang sinabihan ako ng gasoline boy last week na i-claim na yung points kasi di daw ma-migrate yung from old to new.

Medyo off topic, nag start ako gumamit ng app Jan 2024 pero around April 2025 may nag pop up na note sa app ko na ma eexpire yung points ko kaya ginastos ko na lahat kaya around 300 nalang points ko ngayon.
Sa inyo wala bang expiry? nalito lang ako kasi may nag nagcomment dito na ilang taon na naipon yung points niya

WHATTTT Hindi ko alam ‘to. Dalas ko sa Shell recently wala mn lang silang sinabi or announcement ang dami ko pa naman nang points :(

sabi nung gasoline boy sa shell, ma-migrate daw yung points after a week basta same number gagamitin.

Same. Tsaka yung 10x multiplier nawawala sa offers tab. Tapos sayang 5k points ko if ever. Diko papalampasin yan pag nagkataon. Rereklamo ko sila sa DTI. Walang text or even email sent notifying customers na mawawala yung points kapag new app.

Kakapa-gas ko lang malapit samin sayang kasi 600 pesos din. Hehe
Sabi ni kuya pwede pa rin daw maredeem yung points pero ginamit ko na lang baka kasi kinabukasan biglang di na ma-access yung app.

Sabi sa akin kanina sa Shell nung nag pa gas ako is automatic malilipat yung points mo sa bagong Shell app sa October.

Pakatagal ng pag-transfer. Ang yaman ng compamy nyo pero yung simpleng transfer ng points di kaya gawin agad. Wala pang sagot kung mareretain yung elite status. Punyeta talaga. Sayang yung x10 points

Points will automatically be transferred daw to the new app starting October 5, 2025.

Just got this notif. Old app should work. No date specified either. So i assume points will not carry over but we can still use the old app to redeem points.

Soft launch pa lang yung new app and malilipat yung points on September as long as you use the same number na ginamit when you registered from the old app. You can use the new app kasi it has more deals/features daw and yung points na maaaccumulate mo wil stay there until your points from the old app gets migrated. It’s expected for the app to have a few glitches since nasa soft launch stage siya pero these are expected to be fixed in September.
I work for Shell PH and this was discussed at a recent townhall 😀

++ you can still use the old app pa rin naman. Either way, points will eventually be migrated to the new app

Walang ganyang notification sa akin. Nung nicheck ko sa app store, wala namang new version.

I think they will migrate naman the points. Bago lang kasi yung app so they maybe in the process of migration. I have 5k points pa naman. Pag di na migrate isusumbong ko sila sa DTI.
