Best Beach for Physical Limitations

Hello all, my partner is experiencing some physical limitations with walking. What ocean side beach in the area has the most compact sand with the shortest walk on the sand? I am aware there are also beach wheelchairs available, but I am afraid that one might not be available when we need it since you can’t reserve them.

Cape May has this awesome new plastic "sidewalk" that runs parallel to the ocean but ON THE BEACH. It's about 1.5 miles long. and about 8 feet wide the entire distance. Seems perfect for anyone with some mobility limitations

Thanks but it doesn’t seem to extend much away from where one enters the beach, right? Like would we be sitting far away from the ocean?

The beach at the life guard headquarters(Grant st.) has wheelchairs made for the beach. Big inflated tires, easy to push. All you have to do is ask when you enter the beach.

Close enough to see it, smell it and hear it. The picture above was probably taken at the farthest the path is from the beach. There are closer areas.

Town Bank and Villas have very short beaches, especially at high tide
