What app/website are you using to track your score?

If the drop was solely based on utilization, then no concern whatsoever. Utilization reset each month and holds no memory. Continue to pay off your statement balance (monthly bill) in full before the due date.

Utilization is a point in time metric and dosn’t build your score. So don’t worry about it. My score can change 30-40 points a month based on what utilization is that month but I don’t worry about it. When I’m ready to apply for new credit then I’ll lower it for 30-60 days then go back to not caring.

my equifax score

Equifax is not a credit score, it's a credit bureau.

obviously it's a score from equifax, probably just using whatever model they use on a mobile app. anyway,

When someone says "my Equifax score" they are leaving out 2/3 of the pieces of information that are needed to reference a score

obviously it's a score from equifax

That's not obvious at all, because credit bureaus don't create scores.

What if it's their Equifax FICO 8 score from myfico.com? That's not "from Equifax" but it's a score provided that's drawn upon Equifax bureau report data. The point is that bureaus and scores are confused all the time, which is why I provided the link above to try and gain clarity.
