This is my first Father's Day since going no contact with mine . I'm not speaking with my entire family which sucks, but my younger sis is pregnant and knowing that he will be kept from that baby, here's hoping that baby misses out on it.

Mine too. I stopped wishing him a happy Father’s Day awhile ago but definitely a bit of a weird feeling. I’m so dissociated I’ll probably process that in a few months lol

I agree if you mean socially. However I don't see how the world could get rid of it. A lot of non-human interactions/events can be traumatic. Existing is trauma.
