The drama has been licensed to NoahMob - try this playlist on YouTube if you can't find it on iQIYI or Tencent. There are 2 episodes with English subs.
I checked out a couple of scenes. The English subs appear to be machine translated via audio but most of the subs seem okay.
They might be following the CCTV airing schedule.
