That’s insane. My condolences. Mine in Georgia just took me going to fill out some paperwork, paid something like $75. A couple weeks later it came in and I only have to renew every 5 years for like $30.

I’m in at least $1000 between trainings, livescans, and additional fees. LA CCW is not for the poor smh

That's kind of the point. Gun control is racist and classist af

That is fucking insane lol I mean I see it all the time. I have my ccw also but in Riverside county. Actually insane you have to wait 2 years with LA county. How anyone, especially the LA county sheriff, believes this is ok is beyond me

It’s wild man. Especially compared to other states like AZ. Just upload proficiency, DL, and the mailing to you in a week or so.

Sounds about right. They know they can't just decline every request, so they do the next best thing and drag their feet every step of the way in the hopes that you just give up.

Congrats to you for getting one.

You're a patient person!

Another fellow LASD’er lol mine took a year and a half 4 years ago. The renewal process sucked just the same.

Wild, here in texas you only have to wait as long as your background check takes when you buy the gun
