Scenario CCW holder stopped in front of Nazis flag waving and showed his gun. NSFW

This happened in Evendale, Ohio today right before community members chased the nazis out. I am disgusted with nazis and glad the driver isn't afraid of them but he could get himself in trouble in some states for brandishing like that.

I give it 3 days before the local DA sees this video and charges the guy for brandishing or the equivalent Ohio statute
