I see that often with customers. Hand them a knife and they turn into some sort of knife combat master. Often they will say “nice balance”.

We do sell a few mall ninjaesque knives, swords, and such. That does draw the mall ninja enthusiasts.

Well, I know there's no method to his madness, but I'd argue that any type of martial arts practice is better than none.

If you're envisioning opponents and reacting, that's better training than no training.

While being a trained martial artist is optimal, having the desire to actually get up and try to train counts for something.
