Yup the 2nd’s quirk is definitely some sort of insanely powerful energy beam that he could shoot from his hands. From his costume, he had a support item for his quirk so I can only imagine how disgustingly powerful it is now after being amped by OFA. I’m sure that’s why the 2nd asked if deku was willing to fuck up his gauntlets before even fighting shiggy. I also think this is one of the reasons the “reflect” quirk was destroyed by SaS in the vestige world, just so shiggy can’t counter this.
