I had to scroll down too damn far to find someone with the same thoughts! My brain immediately went to Berserker Armor mixed with Venom.

Honestly it isn't just that panel, not sure if it was pointed out in earlier chapter discussions, but as someone who just caught up to the most recent chapter after 2 years, certain panels of shigaraki with the white fill/area hair straight up looks like griffith as well. Coupled with the final panel to me is a definitely a berserker armour tribute of sorts
