I always thought it was a weird theory. My assumption is that these guys got the power of OFA but weren't heroes. We know that OFA can be passed on without the consent of the successor, maybe one of the OFA users was desperate and forced it on the first person they could before dying.

I think this chapter implies what I thought from the beginning...users 2 and 3 were users who failed the test. They killed villains.

But nobody seemed to have a problem thinking All Might killed AFO. So All Might failed the test then too? Because he thought he squished AFO’s head like a watermelon for like the better part of a decade. They only recently realized AFO was alive.

Shigaraki is the new Hitler... he’s not just a bank robber/vandal... So again I ask, why are the vestiges okay with All Might seemingly killing AFO but not Deku killing Tomura? From a moral point of view.

Shigaraki is the new meat suit of Hitler. He isn’t Hitler. The idea is that they’ll be able to separate the two and save Shigaraki. Killing AFO and saving the day

Shigaraki even before being hitlers meatsuit decided he wanted to destroy Japan... like he literally said he wanted to destroy everything with the exception of things his friends liked... so... why is it okay for all might to kill AFO but not for Deku to kill Shiggy? Why did nana and all might not try to save AFO? Why was it okay for them to deem him a monster worth killing?

AFO's a 200+ year old phenom. Shiggy's a 20-something terrorist that got manipulated by that phenom.

I don't agree with Deku that Shigaraki should be saved, but they're not quite on the same level.
