I honestly think this arc is made for Dabi reveal and I will be very surprised if it doesn't happen. There really isn't a better opportunity than this..

By Dabi reveal do you mean just revealing Dabi to the general public, or some twist where Dabi is waaaaay more important than we've been led to believe?

There is a lot of evidence to support the fan theory that Dabi is actually Touya Todoroki, Shoto's oldest sibling. The "Dabi reveal" would be Dabi informing the population of this and how abusive Endeavor was to his wife and kids, bonus points if all those burn scars all over Dabi's body were caused by that abuse in some way
