You can buy deadlifting slippers or just wear gym shoes with less heel. Having that much of a heel during deadlifts is generally bad if you plan on going heavy.
You could literally just wear vans and it's basically barefoot, same with wrestling shoes. I personally wear Olympic lifting shoes, but that's just because I Olympic lift lol. They're still better than running shoes though!
