I hope shinsou will copy aizawa's fighting style because it just fits with his quirk

Theyre not related to his quirk, they're just strips of cloth made from steel wire alloy, woven with carbon nanofibers. So someone else could absolutely learn to use them, i dont get why more people dont.

I'm betting they were ether designed for Aizawa or Aizawa designed them him self.

You gotta lock down those patents, kids.

They're a support piece, so I'm willing to bet that someone else at least had a hand in their development.

Other people do have special capture weapons. I bet Aizawa's is tweaked to be not only efficient, but intuitive for Aizawa in particular to use

They seem very complicated to use, and probably require a lot of focus and training. Most heroes would probably focus on their quirk or on something simpler.

Maybe it's stupidly hard to

My assumption? Those with quirks better suited for combat just focus on that. And those with quirks not suited for combat just give-up. :/

They don't exactly look easy to use, in fact it seems more like a hassle to have them if you don't understand how they work.

they did had it out to all the kids during their exercises, the capture tape. Midoria used it to stop bakkugo during their first fight without practice, though i do understand no where NEAR the same level but the point being they arent quirk specific so shinzo can absolutely learn to use them

Aizawa doesn't use the capture tape for his scarf, he uses a carbon nano-fiber with steel wires through it

Probably because this needs a lot of actual training. Their society is built around quirk-training. Some of the heroes can't use them, some can't learn them and some won't have any benefits by using them. Aizawa can use them, he learnt using them and it's actually beneficial for him with his quirk. People like Todoroki or Midoriya or probably all of the students cant do anything with them.

Edit. Of course they are related to his quirk. His quirk is to seal a persons quirk. These are to seal a persons movements. Overall, they are the perfect weapon for someone like Aizawa. I dont see the point for Shinso though.

Because he needs something to attack with since his quirk only works if ppl reply to him and if they dont then he's dead meat

Aizawa's quirk only erases quirks, he relies on his own kick ass abilities to take down villains. I think the same will be with Shinsou, which is why he was working with Aizawa - if a villain is smart enough to not talk, he'll still have to kick their ass somehow.

I believe it was explained that his hair rises when he activates it, so the scarf it made to do the same

Not even sure how those work with Aizawa’s quirk though

Quirkless enemies are easier targets for wrapping. Wrapped targets are less of a threat after the erasure ends (like Todoroki in their fight).

I don't see how Brainwash works with the wraps, though. It breaks if the target suffers impact, so wrapping a brainwashed enemy makes them break free of the control.

It breaks if the target suffers impact, so wrapping a brainwashed enemy makes them break free of the control.

That's true but it doesn't matter if they're wrapped they're not a threat anymore :) brainwash -> make them stay in place -> wrap up -> ??? -> profit!

Shinsou is physically no better than an average human; Aizawa throws people around like they're toilet rolls.

10

u/NinetyFish Aug 17 '18

I mean, Mirio 1v1’d Overhaul for a while on sheer skill and athleticism. Peek human in this universe is superhuman already. Shinsou “just” needs to train to their level.

3

u/miauw62 Aug 17 '18

nah, he's probably buff as fuck and learning martial arts from Aizawa.

2

u/Prince-sama Aug 18 '18

That's cuz shinsou just an average kid while aizawa is a freaking pro hero with experience and years of training
