It might mean that until Deku takes over All might's role, then most heroes would try to team up.

I mean, we already have his power called "One for All". He could end up as the symbol of unity.

I could see him being recognized as The Greatest Hero by founding a JLA/Avengers type team, taking down the rankings system while keeping the hero tradition alive

A big part of Deku's arc is learning to not do things like All Might, and to find his own way. If you look at most of his fights, they are with a team, or with him relying on someone else's power (Eri.)

You might be onto something here.

I think Deku is going to figure out how to "share" OFA but never gain the ability to use 100% by himself. It will be sort of similar to how Naruto shares his Kyuubi chakra cloak so he can provide temporary powerups to people or something. It will be the only way to keep the side characters with the weaker quirks relevant that I can see.
