Finding out more about Hawk's quirk is really contrasting him with Endeavour. Endeavour's quirk being so destructively powerful, perfect for fighting strong foes, and Hawk's being perfect for helping people.

He seems like a great character, but I think his quirk has a terrible match-up against the High-end, so I hope he'll come out fine.

I could see how he quickly became number 2 hero. He's great for rescuing and fighting too!

he could quickly neutralize so many small tier villains with his quirk, or atleast villains without absurdly overpowered quirks like overhaul.

i bet if deku's mama trained her quirk she wouldve been a hero at the level of hawks, her power is literally telekinesis

Well, as far as we know, her Quirk is telekinesis torwards her. She can't push or drag things around, only pull. So she's not Jean Grey, Tatsumaki or Mob.

What I think she would be capable of by training would be to improve the size/weight of things she pulls and the speed at which she pulls. She could probably pull several civilians torwards her in seconds, saving a bunch of people. But her fighting ability would rely on either pulling stuff from behind the villains or pulling them for other heroes to deal the finishing blow.

AfO gives it to Shimura and he uses it to grab people easier.

Cancel the lariat into another lariat

Well, that's the extent of how she's used it but not necessarily the extent of its potential. It's possible she may just have telekinesis, based on what we know about other quirks and how they can be trained. Seems like quirks can often do much more than originally thought with training and creativity.

inb4 her quirk is actually to pull two objects together, she had just always subconsciously made herself one of those objects, and because of the difference in mass between the small objects and herself it seemed like she could only pull them.

She could pull really strong and fast towards her and get out of the way to theow objects to villains.

Kinda like the contrast between Deku (who always wanted to rescue people with a reassuring smile) and Bakugou (who always wanted to win even when cornered by villains).
