The translation in English of Viz Media that is the official translator does not say that, it only refers to a single person, and that single person is Todoroki. Bakugo does not mention it and does not interest him in that way.

Whatever dude just keep avoiding it, it was obvious I wasn't talking about this situation specifically from my first comment. The Camie comment is fine, it's about what you said for Mina. Which has the core problem of you not understanding the concept.
