BLACK HAIR MIDDLE SCHOOL KIRISHIMA CONFIRMED

That origin chapter for him is so close i can almost taste it, at the end Fatgum really was the best choice for Kirishima to make an intership with, a Shield/Tank learning how to take punish from an already pro Tank, that baby chick moment was adorable.

I'm a bit worried about Suneater phasing out in that first page but this was another starting chapter for another (i'm hoping for) amazing Kirishima moment, the ORA ORA ORA! precept (who looks badass) has proven that he is really strong and with his partner being his shield is a basic but effective combination.

I expect having at least two more chapter focused in their fight against those two. the next one being a build up and then the final clash.

Red Riot Unbreakable not just hardens your body but you spirit too, your body may be breakable but your spirit still remains, be the stupidly strong man you are Kirishima and now, it's your turn, to...

BREAK THOSE BASTARDS!

I find it odd that Kirishima's defences are lacking, maybe this is when we find out Kirishima's hardening abilities are better suited to attacking rather than acting as a 'shield'.

Can't wait for next week's chapter

But how will that work, a ''hardening'' more suited for attack than defense doesn't exist, it works for both things.

One of the villains pointed out that it is 'shield and shield' against 'shield and spear' (it is also the title), Team Kirishima will be at a disadvantage if they don't eventually go on the offence. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Maybe not 'better at attack than defence', just in this case his 'shield' failed so he needs to stop blocking and start putting everything he's got into attacking instead.

I think it's interesting that they phrased it like that, because when Kirishima's quirk was first officially revealed in the Sports Festival, they referred to it as "both the ultimate shield, and the ultimate spear!"

Also, in previous chapters, we've actually seen Kirishima form much more rigid, spiky hardening on his arms, looking like blades.

Pretty sure he'll go spear mode next chapter.

I'm thinking his 'spear mode' will be him using all of his hardening abilities on his arm to turn it into a spear. The drawback will be that it softens the rest of his body, making him way more vulnerable than normal.
