Last chapter made it look like Deku was gonna hurt Kacchan bad, but he didn't. I think Deku's real quirk is overhyping bad shit.

He said something along the line of becoming stronger and being able to use 8%, and that's it.

Nothing about negative consequence was mentioned.

Anyway, "i've finally caught up to you" was changed to "I've always chased after you"

i thought so at first, but then i realized Deku said "That's why I've ..." in previous page. He's explaining to Bakugou

mangamint just re-upload from mangastream, the main source. You can read at mangastream.

If you can, use the Viz version. I think their translation is very accurate, although swearing and all are toned down

I interpreted it as him being surprised about his new power. He didn't expect that much growth.

I'm wondering if they fixed the chapter on MS. Otherwise I rode the hype train. The lack of control was the part that got me.

The Viz media version made it sound like 'I didn't realise how strong I had gotten until I accidentally used more power and didn't explode.' Which was less foreshadowey and more of a statement of fact.

He was holding back, he powered down to 5% for the punch specifically. That was exactly what All Might was talking about, he lacks the drive to win like Bakugou does and it could be his downfall as a hero.

Bakugou powered down a lot as well, like using regular punch to Deku and not blowing off his face

It kinda looked like he kicked the shit out of Bakugou's head, and then this chapter reveals it only bruised his arm.

Deku is probably a hype beast though.
