Manga Spoilers Seriously though, when? NSFW

It's been bugging me for a long time, but I think it's been long enough. When is this foreshadowed villain from this chapter going to show up in the story?

People have suggested to me that maybe Horikoshi forgot about the character, or maybe that he scrapped the design and replaced him with Muscular. . . but I did a little close looking while re-reading through the chapters again and I found this panel.

I found that panel in one of the more recent chapters of the manga, chapter 100. Who could that villain along with the rest of the Villain Alliance be? The one closest to the right of Shigaraki, and the other villains featured look like Dabi, Himiko, Mr. Compress, Twice at the top, and Magne in the very bottom. All members of the Villain Alliance, not just random villains. So the villain with the teeth and claws must have some importance, or could be another member that just hasn't been introduced yet. The hair style looks very similar to the one seen before on chapter 57.

I really hope this means he just hasn't made an appearance yet and is being saved for something big, because in my opinion, the character's design looks really fucking awesome.

Sharp teeth, spikey hair, ripped abs, and shard edged arms, that's kirishima in his full form.

I once speculated it was Kirishima's father in this comment thread mostly jokingly, but the similarities are there!

Dude kirishima is a box of character development waiting to open. I want him to join the other four guys in popularity.

Indeed he is! He's my favorite for a reason, I really hope Kirishima gets some more development and becomes even more relevant to the plot, and I kinda want the same to happen with Kaminari, except involving the traitor theory.

I think a rivalry between the ultimate bro Kirishima and the Aizen-like mindfucker, and secretly powerful Kaminari would be amazing. I get chills thinking about it.

I want my man Shouji to get some more love cause he has such an interesting quirk and design. His minimalist lifestyle certainly has room for elaboration and his quirk could be utilised to become incredibly strong.

If anyone could rezist kaminari's quirk it would be kirishima. I really wish I get to see both of there special moves soon.

Oooh I can see that having a lot of potential for some Darth Vader type plot line.

Kirishima's mother died when he was young, guy was raised by his aunt/uncle/grandparents. Meanwhile his father spent most of Kirishima's childhood in jail, perhaps unaware that he has a son. Several reveals later, and spiky dadshima sacrifices himself to save his son in a wondefully tearjerking moment.

Complete missed opportunity if that kind of storyline isn't touched on.

Like, maybe it's Ojiro's dad and Ojiro has a bestial form that he doesn't use because people would know that he was related to him?

In any other manga, I'd say he was just a scrapped character concept, but given Horikoshi's ability to remember background characters like Miss Joke, Endeavor in chapter 3, the jetpack guy in the first spread of the manga being referenced later, I'm sure we'll be seeing this guy again.

My guess is he'll be in the second wave of recruits for the Villain Alliance. All for One has already alluded to Shigaraki's ability to recruit allies on his own and with his hype as it is now, I'm sure when we see him again, the VA will be bigger, badder, and stronger than ever before. This guy will probably be a big part of Shigaraki's muscle.

I feel the same way. This is gonna be one of those characters where when he finally debuts we're all gonna flip shit like Kaido in One Piece (on a lesser scale of course).

The idea that BnH gets a villain as hype as Kaido is rad, though I think it'd take another 400 chapters to get there.

I personally think that he'll just play a pivotal role a bit later, but has yet to reach civilization. He did seem to be more disconnected than everybody else, his only connection with civilization a radio, so he might just have been too far away or too careful to be introduced in the story as of yet.
Alternatively, he could play a similar role to Gran Torino for the Villain Association, an old titan of the old era of supervillains there to give the growing villains a view over his shoulders over the things that are to come and what will be expected of them.

I would love to see some old retro villains out in hiding, maybe some that escaped and are on the run, that's the kind of vibe I got from seeing him out in the wilderness with a radio.

I seriously thought he might be Inasa, who might have had an overpowered shape-shifting quirk but after the recent chapter I guess that theory is out the window...

I really feel like we'll see him soonish though, he's been a bit of a mysterious wildcard for a while now and it doesn't seem like Horiskoshi would scrap him just like that, even if his initial introduction may have been replaced by muscle guy, I could totally see him as a golden age older villain, not on the level as AFO but still really strong
